The yellow streak is over

Bohemians went north to play against Most in 26th round. Banik Most, with the former Bohemians coach Zbyněk Busta, was holding the 14th position in the league table. Josef Weber could not count on Jakub Rada because of the yellow cards gained in past matches. He was replaced by Ondřej Šiml.

Bohemians had a possession for most of the first half but no bigger chance was created. However, the home team played easier and the first chance came in 5th minute, when Klavik took a shot and Havránek caught it.

The attacking tries of the Kangaroos usually ended up with a bad cross ball. The only shot on target in the first half for the away team was after a corner kick by Michal Šmíd but keeper had it.

The biggest chance of the first half came in 40th minute. The home player Vojta got the ball from Klavik and had a shot. Havránek was on the right spot and caught the ball. The score remained unchanged till half time.

The beginning of the second half looked better for Bohemians. Just a minute after kick off, it was Lukáš Budínský who missed a goal just off the post and Martin Cseh repeated it moment later.

The match then became more even without bigger chances until the 78th minute. Martin Kolář crossed the ball from a corner flag to Jan Růžička who scored the winning goal.

Banik Most tried hard to answer, many balls were flying into the penalty area but Bohemians defense with the keeper was sure and did not let Most change the score. The Kangaroos ended the unfortunate streak of matches played in yellow kits and they are bringing three points home.
