Draw against Brno closed the first part of Gambrinus Liga

Brno started more actively since first minutes of the match and Bohemians defense had some serious stuff to do. Košťál forced Berkovec to get on the floor with his fast shot. Nerad reacted immediately from a counter attack, sent a cross ball to Rada but his shot went wide.
The biggest chance of Bohemians through the first half of the match came after 20 minutes. Jakub Hora got a ball from Růžička and took a shot. His try ended up well above the goal.
But Brno was more accurate. Skalák put the ball over Moravec and Štochl and Janotka scored from a short distance. The only try to equalize was from a free kick taken by Jakub Rada. The keeper of Brno although saved it.
Kangaroos started the second half with two substitutions. Petr Nerad was replaced by Budínský and Jakub Hora by Adam Klavik. Budínský presented himself immediately with a corner kick but the away keeper showed a great jump and saved it.
The pressure of Bohemians finally resulted in an equalizer. Jan Moravec brought the ball to the penalty area, Fischer tackled him and the referee pointed at the penalty spot. Jindřišek was sure and managed to score. The match was then interrupted for 15 minutes because of an inappropriate behavior of away fans.
Bohemians continued with the pressure after the forced break. Klavik’s cross in front of the goal was not touched by anyone. Budínský’s corner ended up on Jakub Štochl’s head, but he headed just wide. Brno also created a chance but it was stopped by the home defense line.
The injury time of 14 minutes brought many chances on both sides. Skalák took a shot which was deflected by Jakub Štochl. Adam Klavik had three points on his foot. He made it behind the keeper but lost balance and could not finish it into an empty net. Bohemians said goodbye to an autumn part of Gambrinus Liga with a draw 1:1.
