The Saturday freezing night brought the supporters an interesting match with expectation of many goals. The most scoring team from Mladá Boleslav invited Kangaroos to Adidas Arena. Bohemians started with Schick on top and Boleslav with Jakub Rada in starting eleven, the former player from Ďolíček.
The match began how everyone expected – the pressure from Boleslav. Šírl sent an inaccurate pass in 11th minute and the ball ended on Ščuk’s feet. He went through the defense but was stopped by sliding Šírl. Magera passed the ball to Zahustel just minute later but he was also stopped by a slide, this time by Krch
One cross ball was flying into the penalty area of Bohemians after another, but Bohemians were the ones who scored first. Schick failed after Hubínek’s cross but the deflected ball got to Jirásek and he scored from a first touch. But the lead didn’t stay long. Zahustel got behind the defense after a series of passes and overcame Zlámal in 31st minute to score an equalizer.
The tied score lasted till the halftime even though both teams had many chances. Hubínek found Jirásek with a pass back, but his shot went well above and Zahustel in the last second of first half was also close to scoring a goal but was missing centimeters to reach the ball and send it in the net. The second half was for most of the time in hands of Mladá Boleslav. They took the possession but Bohemians were defending well and stopped all the chances in their origin. It was Lukáš Pauschek who threatened the other goal in 80th minute. He took a ball from a counterattack, went all the way to the penalty area and managed to cross the ball. The ball was found by Mosquera who had an opened net in front of him. However, the Bohemians winger couldn’t hit the target and left the score unchanged.
Chramosta and Baroš came on the pitch to revive the game but they haven’t changed much. Both teams haven’t scored any other goal and Kangaroos are taking a point back to Prague thanks to a very dutiful performance.
